The hotel was perfect, location was unbeatable near metro, savoury breakfast. A double room included a very good WiFi, a good heating, and a storage space. It had comfortable beds and a wonderful view of the Cathedral. Extremely helpful and very amiable employees at the reception desk and kept the venue overall clean. Loved our stay at the hotel and would recommend it to anyone

The morning breakfast was very very good and tasty with the usual-cereal and hot beverages, as example. Got double room with a very comfortable bed, all the expected features, as for instance as expected. The location was marvellous, not very far from Corso Como.

The room was spotless with a wash basin, and there was a balcony. I could easily park my car nearby. the setting was great and not far from main tourist attractions, public transport for downtown, and the metro line. the Palazzo Lombardia Skyscraper was just a short distance away from the hotel.

The man working the desk in the afternoon was very pleasant and helpful with directions. The breakfast was excellent.
The younger woman working the desk in the evening was curt and not particularly helpful. I surprised to have to pay a high rate to use the business center computer for printing my boarding passes. In the states, there is usually a computer for that purpose in the lobby for no charge.

The rooms are great - modern, newly renovated, and come with 3 twin beds, which is a bonus. the staff is attentive and the location is nice and ideal, close to Piazza Duca d'aosta. I liked this place. It's just a few minutes' walk to shopping centers and several stores on a quiet street.

hotel is located in a safe sector, about three blocks from the Milan train station and a little closer to the shuttle to Malpensa airport. Also, hotel is close to the subway station, from there it is possible to move easily to the various tourist sites in the city. attention of the receptionists was always very friendly, they had excellent information about the city: both receptionists spoke Spanish perfectly. room was very comfortable, with a beautiful view of a nearby temple, wifi always worked and bathroom was very harmonious. From the hotel you can go out at night to the bar area of Corso Como, is about 15 minutes away, crossing the impressive modern sector of Puerta Nova, as well as more traditional sectors. Although we did not taste it completely, because we were in a hurry, coffee, breads and jerky for breakfast were very good.
No complaints.

Hotel situated in quiet place. Very clean rooms, though I didn't saw the chambermaids. So I've got good impression.
Breakfast was good, but for 4* hotel must be more diverse.
